Vision AI Wallpapers (“the App”) is an app for Apple Vision Pro that lets you place virtual wallpapers on your walls in AR and create custom patterns with AI. This policy describes what data the App uses and how.

1. Data we collect

The App collects one type of data that leaves your device:

• Text you enter when creating a pattern with AI - When you use the “Create pattern with AI” feature, the description (prompt) you type is sent to our server to generate an image. This text is the only user content we collect.

We do not collect: name, email, phone number, account IDs, device identifiers for advertising, precise or approximate location, or any data used to track you across apps or websites.

2. How we use this data

• The prompt text is used only to generate the wallpaper image you requested.
• It is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics, or profiling.
• It is not linked to your identity: the App has no accounts, and we do not attach your prompt to a user or device ID.

3. Who has access to the data

• Our backend receives your prompt to produce the image.
• Our backend may use third‑party services (e.g. AI image generation) to process the prompt. By using the AI creation feature, you accept that your prompt may be processed by such providers in accordance with their privacy terms.

We do not sell or share your data with data brokers or for cross‑app tracking.
